The complimentary
8x10 will be a mounted print from the featured session only. No
upgrades or substitutions, please.

The free session fee
applies towards a weekday session only. Clients will have the option
of upgrading to a Saturday session for a charge of $50.00. The session
fee does not include prints and is not transferable to any other
offer, product or service.

Winning clients must
contact me the week that their image is featured. Deadline for
claiming prizes is midnight the following Thursday. Prizes must be
claimed by the same clients who originally booked the session. Family
and friends are not able to claim a prize on your behalf.

Prizes can be
claimed via email at info@mhaleyphoto.com
or by posting a comment on the blog in response to the feature. Please
note: If you do not get a response from me please call to ensure you
receive credit for your prize at 678-234-1988. If I do not receive
your email and I don't hear from you your prize will be forfeited,
even if email delivery has failed.

There are no
substitutions for the prizes offered. If you are unable or unwilling
to accept your 8x10 and free weekday session you simply forfeit the
prize(s). Prizes have no cash value.

Prizes must be
redeemed within one year of winning.

Clients must have a
signed model release on record with the studio to be eligible. This
release is included at the bottom of your Client Information Sheet.
There are only a couple of clients who do not have a release on file.

I will continue the
program as long as possible and make every effort to feature all prior
clients. However, I reserve the right to end the program at any time
and without prior notice.
